1. After washing your face, tone your skin with toner.
2. Open the pouch and remove the two films that separate the upper and lower parts of your face.
3. Attach the mask with the side with the clear film removed, ensuring it adheres well to your skin. After 10-20 minutes, remove the mask.
4. For intensive care, leave it on for 30-40 minutes, until the gel sheet gradually becomes transparent.
5. Gently pat any remaining essence into your skin for absorption.
