Purified water, sodium laureth sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine, menthol, ammonium lauryl sulfate, fragrance, ethanol, sodium benzoate, Sorbitol, phenoxyethanol, sodium chloride, caprylyl glycol, PPG-3 capryl ether, citric acid, lauric acid, cetyl alcohol, guahydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, cocamide MG, sodium salicylate silates, Sodium citrate, disodium EDTA, trihydroxystearin, PEG-14M, climbazole, butylene glycol, Silica, BHT, Uiin extract, tangerine peel extract, chestnut peel extract, buffing extract, Blue No. 1, peppermint extract, ethylhexyl glycerin, potassium chloride, Kuju pine leaf extract, hydrolyzed corn starch, ginger cold water.

1. Completely saturate your hair with warm, (not hot water).
2. Squirt a small amount of shampoo and apply it to your scalp.
