1. Wash and dry your feet thoroughly.
2. Open the product and remove the included foot mask.
3. Grasp the top of the pouch and gently tear open by pulling the sides apart.
4. Put on the foot mask sheet, as if you were wearing socks, and remove them after approximately 45 to 60 minutes.
5. Rinse your feet gently under running water.
